Delete Your Account
You can delete your Kedil account and all associated data without reinstalling the app. The account is locked immediately. Everything is permanently erased 30 days later.
How to delete in the app
Open the Kedil app → Settings → Delete account.
On the web app, go to app.kedil.money → Settings → Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- •transactions
- •bank and credit card accounts
- •budgets
- •debts
- •tags
- •payees
- •rules
- •imported statements
- •uploaded files
- •saved bank statement passwords
- •your profile
When
Your account is locked and you are signed out immediately.
All data is permanently erased 30 days later.
If you sign in during those 30 days, you can restore the account with one tap.
What is kept
We keep one anonymized record that a deletion happened — no name, no email, no account data. That record exists only to prove the deletion was carried out.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@kedil.money from the address on the account. We verify the request against that email address before anything is deleted.
